Since 1885 Giuseppe Sebaste has created pastries of excellence all inspired by the PGI Piedmontese Hazelnut. His family, now in its fifth generation, continues to tell passionate tales: the passion for an ancient profession, the love for the native land, the appreciation of the fruits of the land.
For the Truffles the preparation of the dough is fundamental, which will have to rest for an entire night before carrying on. It's a result of the combination of old recipes and creativity.
The timeframes for preparing torrone change according to the seasons and the raw ingredients. Everything happens as in the olden days, through manual bain-marie process, slow cooking and patient waiting under the supervision of our experts.
The raw materials
Fragrant honey, refined sugar, pure chocolate minimum 50% cocoa enhance the unique taste of our PGI Piedmont Hazelnuts. The quality of raw ingredients and a skilful process translate to an unmistakable taste.
The quality of Sweet small Truffles is achieved not only with the highest quality ingredients, but also with the traditional processing method, which takes a long, slow time. Small masterpieces of pastry, packaged one by one to preserve the fragrance and aroma that each special ingredient releases.
