The cheese family since 1881
Caseificio dell'Alta Langa is immersed in the nature of the Piedmontese hills and is located precisely in Bosia, a small village in Alta Langa. The company's roots are important, so much so that all of their production is the result of the tradition that the people who live there have always handed down.
Today, the work of the company not only carries on the tradition of their grandparents, but allows it to spread throughout Italy and abroad through the high quality of its products, a synthesis of craftsmanship techniques, human skills and technological innovation.

The tradition
Today, the company carries on the tradition of the grandparentsexporting it across Italy and abroad through the high quality of products.

The Alta Langa
The local economy, based on an area consisting of steep slopes and far from the main commercial directives, has, for these reasons, remained almost "uncontaminated" to this day, and has relied for centuries on the small-scale farming of goats, sheep and cows.
The Cossanella is aslightly matured soft cheese, without holes, with a yellow edible rind, weighing about 200g, cylindrical shape with a diameter of about 8 cm and a height of about 3 cm. The product complies with current national and EU regulations.
