Salumificio Subalpino was founded at the foot of the Langhe, an area rich in history and tradition and a UNESCO world heritage site. These are the precious lands of wines and truffles that are home to the company, which, with experience and mastery, manages to translate all of this into gastronomic delicacies that combine tradition and innovation.

The inauguration of the current plant

12,000 square meters of occupied area, of which initially 5,000 are covered. The new production site has thus allowed the company to produce a wide range of raw salami and cooked hams and make itself known in the Italian peninsula.

The amazing truffle salami

The Truffle Salami is a unique product of its kind. During the preparation of the mixture, cubes of truffles are mixed together with freshly selected Italian meats, clearly visible when cut, giving the salami its exceptional and unmistakable scent.
