Shipping costs

The cost of shipping is  8,90€  for purchases below € 79 for the whole Italian territory. If you spend at least € 79 you get  free express shipping within 48 hours anywhere in Italy.
In order to preserve the quality of the products and not to interrupt the cold chain during transportation, we ship  fresh products, such as cheeses and cold cuts, in polystyrene thermal packaging with the addition of a cold gel accumulator.
During the summer, with the increase in outside temperatures, the thermal packaging is also used for perishable products such as chocolate and creams.

Order processing

Shipments are made within 48 working hours from receipt of order, if all products ordered are available in stock ;we ship from Monday to Wednesday morning. Orders placed on or after Tuesday afternoon 6PM will be processed the following Monday to ensure that the quality of fresh products is not compromised. After the order has been processed, you will receive an email with the link to access the tracking number of your shipment.

In the event that some of the products ordered are not available, the shipment may be affected by delays, and you will be contacted by customer service.

Due to the delays in shipping services caused by the ongoing health emergency, the shipment and delivery of orders placed may be delayed for reasons beyond our control.

The shipping service used does not allow us to indicate delivery times but, upon request, it is possible to apply additional services chargeable to the customer such as delivery by appointment. For any requests and quotes, our customer service is available at info@eccellenzedilanga.com.

Shipping address

Eccellenze di Langa delivers directly to the address indicated by the clients when placing the order, therefore we kindly ask you to pay the utmost attention when confirming the order.
Ordered goods travel at customer's risk.

Packaging

In order to preserve the integrity of the products during shipment, Eccellenze di Langa dedicates particular attention to the packaging of its products, carefully packed with bubble wrap and polystyrene chips.

Non-delivery

For the delivery it is necessary that the customer or an authorized person is present at the address indicated on the order. If the first attempt at delivery fails, the courier will make a second attempt in the days immediately following. In the event that the second delivery attempt is not successful, the package will remain in storage for a week in the courier's local warehouses. The customer at this point will have to withdraw their order at the indicated facility.

After another week, the order will return to the Eccellenze di Langa warehouses. The client will be charged (even on the next expense) the cost of eventual stocks and the cost of products no longer sellable to third parties.

Eccellenze di Langa is not responsible for possible delays attributable to the courier and/or to the client, therefore whoever orders is responsible to wait patiently for the delivery. If the customer does not accept a package for reasons of delay attributed to the courier, the customer will have to pay the costs of returning the goods.

Upon receiving the order, the customer is required to verify that the number of packages indicated on the transport document corresponds to those delivered, and that the package is not damaged: otherwise, the customer is required to withdraw the goods by indicating on the transport document signed on delivery "WITH RESERVE".

Returns and complaints management

If the products arrive damaged, does not meet expectations, or items received are different from those purchased, please do not hesitate to report the problem by sending us an e-mail at info@eccellenzedilanga.com within the time limits established by law of 14 days from receiving. We do not accept returns of meats, cheeses and perishable products.

Shipping costs

The cost of shipping is  €19,90 . Above 25kg gross, shipping costs may vary. It is recommended to contact our Customer Service before placing your order to get a personalized quote. For the countries listed above, we use express shipping in 3-5 days.

For orders over € 99 the cost of shipping is 8,90€.
