The Antipasto langarolo is the most typical of Piedmont preserves prepared in the summer season only with fresh vegetables, such as green beans, carrots, peppers, tomatoes, spring onions and celery that are meticulously cut by hand. Can be enriched as the Piedmontese tradition with hard-boiled egg and canned tuna, becoming a substantial single dish.
