After the harvest, it is left to mature for a year in barrels and then moves on to the ageing phase which lasts three months. It is a complex wine with a remarkable aging potential. The taste is full-bodied, rightly sour and harmonious. The intense scent makes it ideal in combination with main courses of meat that exalt its quality.
Vine: Barbera 100%
Wine: Ruby red color with a tendency to garnet for its aging characteristics. 14% volume, acidity at 6g/l, to serve on 18°C.
Conservation: cool and dry place in an environment with a maximum temperature of 15 ° C.
