Ideal for meals, after vinification it is left to rest for six months in barrels and aged in bottles for another three months. Its medium alcohol content makes it a pleasant, soft, harmonious wine with a taste of almond and cherry. Its intense, fruity, lively bouquet completes its pleasantness.
Vine: Dolcetto 100%
Wine: Ruby red color with purple reflections, 13% volume, acidity at 5.5g/l, to be served at 18°C.
Conservation: cool and dry place in an environment with a maximum temperature of 15 ° C.
