The Organic FIve cereals Fusilli are made from stone-ground flour from a local mill. They contain varieties of cereals from the Langhe hills: barley, rye, oats and rice, with the addition of Senatore Cappelli durum wheat semolina flour. They are particularly appreciated for their high digestibility and lightness.
