A fresh white wine, obtained from a soft pressing of grapes and a controlled fermentation at low temperature to preserve the scents of flowers and fruit that make it intense and delicate even in the taste where it is marked the bitterish hint of hay. Ideal for aperitifs and in combination with fish dishes.
Vine: Chardonnay 100%
Wine: tiny straw yellow color, 12.5% volume, acidity at 5.5 g/l, to be served chilled on 10°/12° temperature.
Conservation: in a cool and dry place in an environment with a maximum temperature of 15 ° C.
