A wine with a complex bouquet. The splendid bouquet evokes hints of fruit and spice that mix with a full-bodied taste and rightly tannic but velvety on the palate. Before bottling it is left to mature in order to acquire all its qualities that make it ideal to accompany red meat dishes and cheeses.
Vine: Nebbiolo 100%
Wine: Ruby red color tending to garnet, suitable for aging. 14% volume, acidity at 5.5 g/l, to be served at 18°C.
Conservation: Wine that makes the best of itself with the aging if you keep in a cool, dry place in an environment with a maximum temperature of 15 ° C.
