BaròGin is the result of careful and accurate research work. Characterized by a complex spicy texture due to the Barolo wine infused with juniper, cardamom, coriander and angelica.  Produced in small batches in an artisanal manner using carefully selected fine raw materials, distilled using a 17th-century wood-fired copper still.

Nose: Delicate, fragrant, fresh, notes of juniper and spices meet delicate fruity hints of Barolo wine.

Taste: Round, harmonious, very pleasant on the palate. Well balanced easy to drink. Recommended neat with a cube of ice or in a Gin&Tonic with a Neutral Tonic.
