The Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil was created to satisfy lovers of robust tastes. A tasty oil reminiscent of the artichoke, perfect to pair with strongly flavored dishes, great for summer salads and bruschetta. The olives are harvested by hand at the right stage of ripeness and immediately processed to maintain the quality intact. The oil is obtained from the pressing of olives of the sweet and delicate variety, with the wise addition of a variety called Coratina di Puglia (about 30%) with a more intense flavor. Its green color is enriched by yellow reflections and is one of the most relevant characteristics of this very structured oil.
