The Barolo salami is a typical Piedmontese specialty. It is prepared according to an old Langa peasant recipe, using only the finest cuts of pork from Italy that have been soaked in Barolo wine. After stuffing, it is hand-tied and aged very slowly in order to bring out its typical aroma.
