The Chestnut Tagliatelle ORGANIC I am a pproduct resulting from the idea of combining stone-ground Senatore Cappelli flour with chestnut flour, a typical nut from the mountain areas of our region. The result is a pasta with a delicate and pleasant taste, excellent even with just a drizzle of oil or accompanied by a mushroom sauce.
